FAQ'S

WHY DO THE BARS USE THIS SYSTEM?

We run a RFID credit system on the bars, this means you will be required to purchase drinks tokens to then use them at the bars, we do this because safety of money on site and also internet signal on card readers can be poor on site so we find having our internet signal in one confined space works better. Allowing you to spend without any worries about the internet going down and our bars not being able to sell drinks. Which we would all hate.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can top up online before the festival & gain some great incentives in the form of free drink credit.

Once you’ve done this you’ll be issued with a Restricted wristband on entry & your pre-top up voucher will be scanned and the credit will be applied to the band!

You can also top up or recharge on site but keep in mind you won’t receive any pre top up benefits. Pre top ups will have their own shorter queue for entry & will not have to go to the top up station!

CAN I REFUND ANY UNUSED CREDIT?

Yes, you can refund any unused credit direct to your bank account. There is bank transfer fee in order to do this.

The refund window will open Tuesday 25th June at midday and run until Thursday 27th June at Midday.

You MUST claim unused credit in this window, requests outside this will be denied.

Be sure to keep your wristband so you can submit the band number when applying for the refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND?

If you lose your wristband, you should report it immediately to the festival’s customer service team. They will be able to deactivate the lost wristband and issue you a replacement with your remaining funds transferred over. This is only the case if your band is linked to a cashless account.

Please keep your wristband safe at all times as if someone else uses it we won’t be able to issue refunds on this credit.

Terms and Conditions

• Free credit is only available with the advance purchase of a prepaid top-up voucher.
• Paid credit must be spent before free credit will be activated.
•   Free credit is not refundable
•   Every wristband will incur at [£2] activation fee
•   Every customer is entitled to a refund after the event for any credit which isn’t spent on the day. The refund portal will open on 25/6/24 - 27/6/24 and will be accessible via [website and social media pages]
•   For every refund processed, [£2] bank charges will be incurred and will be deducted from the credit left on your wristband
•   You must request a refund during the time that the refund portal is open.
•   The refund portal will open a 12:00 midday [Tuesday 25th June]  and close at 12:00 midday Thursday 27th June].
•   All refunds must be applied for by 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 27th June. We will not be able to refund any amounts after this time.

Any unclaimed prepaid top-up vouchers may not be refunded within the time window that the refund portal is open.
