How To Claim

In order to receive your refund, please follow the following steps:

1)    Login & Create Account 

2)    Add Wristband ID Number (14 Digit - Back of Wristband) 

3)    Select "Claim Refund" 

4)    Add Bank Details

5)    Submit (Request Refund)

Important Information

For every refund processed, [£2] bank charges will be incurred and will be deducted from the credit left on your wristband.

You must request a refund during the time that the refund portal is open.

The refund portal will open a 12:00 midday [Tuesday 23rd July]  and close at 12:00 midday Thursday 25th July.

All refunds must be applied for by 12:00 midday Thursday 25th July. We will not be able to refund any amounts after this time

Free credit & unredeemed vouchers are not refundable.

Top-Up your Cashless wristband on arrival at the Top Up Booths (Use the Advance Voucher Lanes to avoid long queues).Get to the bar and present your wristband to complete a drinks purchase.

You can top-up as much as you need throughout the event.Refunds on cash remaining on your wristband are available after the event.

Get an additional 10% free credit on advance voucher purchases of £50, £100 or £150!

This offer is only available on advance purchase of top-ups and not available when topping up on site.

By purchasing your cashless credit in advance you will have your own separate area to redeem your credit to avoid big queues!

When topping up your wristband on the day, we accept card or cash at the Top-Up points, however we advise buying cashless credit in advance for ease and the benefit of additional FREE credit.

If you would like to apply for a refund after the event for any remaining credit the refund link will be emailed to your email address you used to purchase drinks with on Tuesday 23rd July 2024 at 12:00 midday and the refund window will remain open until 12:00 midday on Thursday 25th July 2024.

Free Credit is only available for advance purchase top-ups with a minimum spend of £50. Paid credit must be spent before free credit will become activated.

Free Credit is not refundable.

Every Wristband will incur a £2.00 activation fee.

Every customer is entitled to a refund after the event for any credit which isn't spent on their wristband. Please ensure you do not lose your wristband as you will need the Unique Identification Number printed on the rear of the chip to claim your refund. Refunds will incur bank charges of £2.00 to process your refund and will be deducted from any credit remaining on your wristband.

Any unredeemed drinks vouchers purchased in advance are non refundable unless the event is cancelled.

All refunds must be applied for by 12:00 midday on 25th July 2024, after which you will no longer be able to apply for any leftover funds left on the wristband.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process depending on your location and bank account type.
