On arrival, scan your entry ticket and receive your cashless wristband.

Head to the Voucher Exchange / Top-Up Booth to load your advance credit voucher onto your wristband.

Need more credit? Top up on-site using cash or card at any Top-Up Point.

After the event, keep your wristband (including the chip) to reclaim any unused paid credit.

💳 Can I Reclaim Unused Credit That I Haven’t Spent?
Yes — but only once the event has ended.
If you have any remaining credit on your wristband after the festival, you’ll be able to apply for a refund through our Unused Credit Reclaim Portal, available via our Facebook page or email sent to you.

Closes: 12:00 PM on 11th September 2025

You must have your wristband, as you’ll need to enter the 14-digit unique serial number printed on the back of the chip to submit your reclaim request.

Pre-purchased advance vouchers are non-reclaimable, unless the event is cancelled.

No reclaims will be issued during the event itself.
Please note: Refunds can take 3–5 working days to process after the reclaim period ends, depending on your bank and location.
