What payment methods are available at the event?
Guests can pay using:
✓ A Festival wristband loaded with credit
✓ The Festival digital wallet after securely adding a payment card
✓ Contactless bank cards, credit cards or mobile payments
Do I need to download the Festival App?
No, but we strongly recommend it. Guests who register through the app can unlock exclusive rewards, offers and personalised benefits that are not available when paying with a standard contactless card.
Why should I create a Festival Wallet?
Creating a wallet allows you to:
✓ Access exclusive promotions
✓ Earn rewards based on your spending
✓ Link your wristband to your account
✓ Enjoy a more personalised festival experience

Wristbands
How do I receive my wristband?
You will receive your wristband when you arrive at the festival.
Can I use my wristband immediately?
Yes. Your wristband can be used straight away. Any credit already added and linked to your account will be available on your wristband.
Why should I link my wristband to the Festival App?
Until your wristband is linked, it is not connected to your personal festival account. Linking it unlocks exclusive rewards and promotions and allows eligible spending to count towards loyalty benefits.
Can I link my wristband later?
Yes. You can download the app and link your wristband at any time during the event.

Digital Wallet
How do I pay with the digital wallet?
Open the Festival App and present your unique QR code at any participating payment point.
Do I need to add a payment card?
Yes. You will need to securely add a debit or credit card to your Festival Wallet before making purchases with the digital wallet.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment information is handled securely and is not visible to festival staff.

Do I automatically receive these offers?
Offers are available to guests who have created a Festival Wallet and are either paying with the digital wallet or have linked their wristband.
Can I see my rewards in the app?
Yes. Your available rewards, offers and loyalty benefits will appear in your Festival Wallet.

Contactless Payments
Can I simply tap my bank card or phone to pay?
Yes. Contactless card and mobile payments are accepted throughout the event.
Do I receive rewards when paying contactlessly?
No. Standard contactless payments do not qualify for:

× Loyalty rewards
× Spend-based promotions
× Personalised experiences
Use your linked wristband or Festival digital wallet to receive eligible rewards.
Why don't contactless payments receive rewards?
A standard contactless payment is not linked to your Festival Wallet or loyalty profile. This means we cannot identify the relevant festival account or apply personalised rewards.

Festival Wallet
Is the Festival Wallet free to use?
Yes. Creating and using a Festival Wallet is completely free.
Can I use both my wristband and digital wallet?
Yes. Once your wristband is linked to your wallet, they work together as part of the same festival account.
Can I remove my payment card after the event?
Yes. You remain in control of your Festival Wallet and can manage your payment methods within the app.

Support
What happens if I lose my wristband?
Visit the Customer Services desk as soon as possible. When your wristband has been linked to your Festival Wallet, the team may be able to transfer your balance and rewards to a replacement wristband.
What if I have trouble creating my wallet?
Our Customer Services team will be available throughout the festival to help you create your account and link your wristband.
Who do I contact if I have payment issues?
Visit Customer Services during the event. The team can assist with payment, wristband and Festival Wallet queries.

Why do I need to create a wallet?
Creating a wallet allows us to securely identify your festival account so we can:
✓ Apply eligible rewards automatically
✓ Track your loyalty benefits

Will my purchases be linked to me?
Purchases can be linked to your festival account when you use the digital wallet or a wristband linked to your Festival Wallet. Standard contactless payments are not linked to your Festival Wallet or loyalty profile.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Your personal and payment information is protected using secure industry-standard security practices.
