Refunds Will be open from Tuesday 1st of August at 12:00pm until Thursday 3rd of August at 12:00pm.

Refunds are closed now. Your requested are being processed. Please see the final steps below to complete your refund.

1 - Look out for an email from our refund provider Wise (https://wise.com/) this will be sent after the refund window has closed.

2 - Click on the secure link provided to complete your details and refund request.

3 - please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to be processed.

How To claim

In order to receive your refund, please follow the following steps:

1) Login & Create Account

2) Add Wristband ID Number (14 Digit - Back of Wristband)

3) Select "Claim Refund"

4) Add Bank Details

5) Submit (Request Refund)

Important Information

For every refund processed, [£2] bank charges will be incurred and will be deducted from the credit left on your wristband

You must request a refund during the time that the refund portal is open.

The refund portal will open a 12:00 midday [Tuesday 16th July] and close at 12:00 midday Thursday 18th July.

All refunds must be applied for by 12:00 midday Thursday 18th July.. We will not be able to refund any amounts after this time.
