Refunds Open - Tuesday 31st October 2023 - 12 Midday.
Refunds Close - Thursday 2nd November 2023 - 12 Midday.

In order to receive your refund, please follow the following steps:

1)    Login & Create Account 

2)    Add Wristband ID Number (14 Digit - Back of Wristband) 

3)    Select "Claim Refund" 

3)    Add Bank Details

4)    Submit 

All refunds are subject to a £1.20 administration fee. 

You will receive your refund on Friday 3rd November 2023.
